5. Refund & Return Policy

A. Cannabis Products

  • All sales of cannabis products are final. Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for cannabis products unless required by law.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for resolution.

B. Non-Cannabis Products

  • Refunds or exchanges may be available for non-cannabis products (e.g., accessories) within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Lost or Confiscated Shipments
